Moray eel (Moireibh inside Gaelic), one of 32 unitary council regions in Scotland, lies in the north-east of the united states & approach the regions of Aberdeenshire and Highland. It covers area of the traditional counties of Nairnshire, Morayshire, Inverness-shire and Banffshire.
